We track every person that comes in contact with our firm. We must strive to presell to every person that comes in contact with our firm. If someone does not become a client today, this does not mean that they will not be a great client tomorrow!
1. Client information should be input from a contact intake sheet and then uploaded into Total Attorneys. If they are a lead, then their information should be marked as such, and the original contact intake information sheet should be placed in the Prospective Client File by alphabetical order on the front desk. This is for quick reference if they should return to Mr. McIntyre on a future basis and they can quickly be converted in Total Attorneys by changing their status from lead to client. If they do return, please check all contact information to ensure it is up-to-date.
2. If they are a client, then they should be marked as such in Total Attorneys and all information such as address, phone, e-mail address, cell numbers, etc. should be current so that when communication with the client needs to occur we do not have to waste time guessing as to whether we have correct information.
3. Each contact should be entered into our email newsletter system. This is done through our website or through our Intranet. That system requires you to enter a person’s first and last name and their email address. For every person that comes into contact with our firm, be they a contact, a lead, or client, their information needs to be entered into the email newsletter system. There is a pre-formatted amount of emails that go out at various intervals once someone is placed in the system. This is a great way to educate people about the services and products that McIntyre Elder Law has. This keeps US on THEIR minds and is an excellent way to presell the McIntyre Law Firm and McIntyre Elder Law.
