That is strong, specific, and believable.

Develop your own client caseload.
Work within a growing, entrepreneurial law firm.

As an associate attorney with McIntyre Elder Law, your responsibilities may include:
Meeting with clients for consultations and strategy sessions.
Advising families on estate planning, elder law, probate, Medicaid planning, long-term-care planning, and related matters.

During your first 90 days, you will learn:
How we consult with clients.
How we evaluate estate planning, elder law, probate, and long-term-care issues.
How our documents, workflows, and client-service systems operate.
How our attorneys work with the intake, drafting, operations, and leadership teams.
How production and performance compensation are tracked.
How to build a caseload while maintaining strong client service and professional standards.
