Antony Robreño, J.D.

Attorney at Law | McIntyre Elder Law

Antony Robreño graduated from Wake Forest School of Law in May of 2024 and received his NC Bar license in September of 2024. While at Wake, Antony was a member of the Latino Law Student Association and participated in the Veteran’s Legal Clinic as well as the Innocence and Justice Clinic. Upon graduating, he began his legal career at the Mecklenburg County DA’s Office as an Assistant DA. Antony was a member of the office’s Misdemeanor Traffic team and Juvenile team; these positions gave him valuable trial experience and a wealth of knowledge on the criminal justice system.

After a year and a half at the DA’s Office, Antony felt ready to broaden his horizons and look for new opportunities in the legal word which led him to McIntyre. Antony chose McIntyre Elder law because the work we do here touches every single part of civil practice. Through the work of elder law, Antony found he can get involved in litigation as well as real estate and property. Elder law also allows him to give back to the community, which was a major reason why he decided to become an attorney.

Antony chose the Charlotte area because he wanted a change of scenery. Antony is originally from Miami, FL and wanted to experience the seasons but still have the big city feel. Charlotte has been great to him, and he has enjoyed the year and half he has been here and hope to continue to grow here.

In his free time, Antony enjoys playing soccer, having fun with his dog Bernard, watching any and all sports, and enjoying all the activities Charlotte has to offer with his friends and girlfriend.
