Attorney Elliot Mann’s story with McIntyre Elder Law did not begin on his first day as a lawyer. It began years earlier, when he joined our team and learned the firm from the inside out.
Elliot is originally from Kings Mountain, North Carolina, a community located near our Shelby, Cramerton, and Charlotte offices. He first worked with McIntyre Elder Law in communications, speaking with clients and seeing how legal questions affect real families. Those conversations helped him discover a professional path centered on estate planning, elder law, probate, and service.
The work was personal, too. As Elliot’s grandmother neared the end of her life, he saw how difficult probate and end-of-life issues can be for a family. That experience deepened his connection with the people our firm serves and reinforced his desire to help families prepare, solve problems, and move forward.
Elliot earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his law degree from Campbell University School of Law. During his summers in law school, he returned to McIntyre Elder Law and continued learning from our attorneys and staff. In his words, he found this place to be home.
That sense of home is important to Elliot because he sees the firm’s work as family-focused. We help families protect the people they love, prepare for the future, and navigate difficult transitions. Elliot also values the team behind that work—from attorneys to every staff member who helps clients feel informed and supported.
Elliot is now serving clients from our Cramerton office and across the communities near his Kings Mountain roots. His local connection, legal training, and years of experience within the firm give him a thoughtful foundation for serving North Carolina families.
