About Jordan McIntyre
Jordan’s journey to becoming an elder law attorney began right here at McIntyre Elder Law, where he grew up witnessing the hard work, compassion, and dedication that his father, Greg McIntyre, poured into building this firm. Raised in Cleveland County, North Carolina, Jordan was inspired by the commitment to excellence and emphasis on client care that are the hallmarks of McIntyre Elder Law.
Jordan pursued his academic endeavors with a focus on history, which led him to understand the importance of legacy and its effect on future generations. This understanding was deepened by seeing how moved his father was when his great-grandfather lost the family farm to pay for medical care costs. It was a profound lesson in the importance of planning and financial protection, and it fueled Jordan’s desire to help families safeguard their legacies and ensure that their loved ones are provided for.
Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. During his time in school, he took specialized courses in estate planning, elder law, and veterans benefits.
